Carmen Dunbar is a senior business analyst and project manager whose passion is discovering the unique business needs of clients and delivering innovative online technology solutions for the public good.
She began her career in Los Angeles, California managing online projects for large clients in the private sector. Carmen moved to World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva in 2005 to implement a worldwide system for managing information concerning disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies. She worked alongside the founders of Novel-T at WHO for the next several years providing technology answers to global health challenges.
Carmen is excited to work with the Novel-T team to support thoughtful business analysis on projects for WHO and other international organizations.
Carmen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, with a linguistics / classical languages degree. She is a PRINCE2 certified project manager.
